Technical Support Engineer

Central London (Travel Required)

Circa £35,000


We are on the lookout for strong Technical Support Engineers in the London area to join an award-winning IT and Business Consultancy!

This is a business with strong ethics and values who truly put people first above anything else. After winning multiple awards for their company culture and investment into their team, they are now set to expand over the coming years.

The role itself will primarily involve working on client site during the fulfillment of their contract with the role then moving into their office base.

So, what experience would you need?

  • Ideally two years minimum of IT Support experience
  • Using Service Desk & Monitoring systems
  • Supporting Office365
  • Key Microsoft server roles (Exchange, Skype for Business, SQL, SharePoint, Active Directory, Windows Server, System Center)
  • Backup/Replication Technologies e.g. Veeam
  • ITIL for service management
  • Virtualisation technologies (VMware or Microsoft Hyper-V)
  • Networking
