Service Management Lead - £80K PLUS GENEROUS BONUS!

YourCode Recruitment are continuing their exclusive agreement with a global retail client who are looking to add a Service Management Lead to come and work very closely with the Global Retail Technology Director. This role will stretch across several different departments including infrastructure, data, customer and commercial technology.

The idea of the role will be to come and develop a new service management discipline in strategic and long term areas. You will take on quite a large amount of responsibilities including owning the Change Management process and incident management framework.

Essential Skills:

  • NEED experience setting up new Service Environments not just managing them. 
  • Experience with Service Management disciplines, approaches, processes and procedures
  • Experience in improving service operations over time
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Strong technical and business understanding
  • Retail experience would be beneficial
