We are currently recruiting for a Programme Manager, the role will include working alongside multiple departments to kick start the work ready for handover within a 6-8-month time period.
You will be accountable for the success of agreed phase 1 tasks; and will have excellent planning and organisational skills. You will deliver all phase 1 activities on budget and ensure business needs are prioritised within scope, tracking the project lifecycle, status and managing project teams to eliminate any risks or issues.
Main Responsibilities include:
Create project plans for portfolio and prioritise products for implementation
Evaluate project team, complexity, budget, risk and urgency
Partner with business sponsors to define success criteria and meet business stakeholder needs
Lead, coach and build multiple project teams through the project lifecycle
Assess and resolve all high priority project risks encountered
Ensure all projects adhere to project compliance standards set by the business
Good understanding of software development lifecycle
Must have a strong background managing projects for a Retail or Food & Beverage environment
Proficient with the Project and Portfolio Management Tools (Visio, MS Project, Jira, Confluence etc.)
PMI certification or equivalent
Extensive experience of project management concepts
Excellent project management, organisation, presentation and team collaboration skills
Great written and verbal communication skills with a good team working ethos
Strong knowledge of business objectives
