You must be highly motivated and experienced in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- To provide high-quality telephone-based advice to customers.
- To work closely with the team to share knowledge and ideas.
- To keep your Continuous Professional Development up to date on products and procedure making sure customers are always receiving the best possible advice.
- Ideally, you will already be RO1 and RO5 qualified. If not qualified a minimum of 3 years’ experience and the willingness to undertake a qualification.
