aka Recruitment are currently working with a longstanding client of ours to bring you this unique Customer Service Admin position. This is a contract position initially for 1 month and then on a week by week basis due to the workload our client currently have.

Job Duties Include:

- Answer and Direct Telephone calls 

- Respond to emails

- Process Sales Orders, purchase orders and quotes as and when required 

- Processing/collating management information as and when required

- Performing other tasks as may be necessary for the smooth operation of the department and the company

Requirements:

- Excellent telephone manner

- Good background in administration 

- Ability to work under own initiative 

- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken 

- Ability to multitask and keep calm under pressure

- Microsoft Office and Outlook knowledge is essential 

This is a fantastic opportunity to show your worth within a busy Customer Service department for a National Company. You will be working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, initially on a 1 month basis but with prospects of week by week due to the current workload this company has.
