aka Recruitment currently have a new search for an experience Parts Customer Relations Manager to join a local business in Wakefield

Job Duties Include:

- To support the team and management in achieving Daily Target Sales for the Branch

- Actively promote and sell Products of the week/month

- Provide expert knowledge to customers for both order and queries 

- Speaking with Customers both over the phone and in person providing excellent service

Requirements:

- A minimum of 2 years within a Parts position or Parts Motor Factor is essential 

- Knowledge of Kerridge, P24 and/or MAM Software is also required

- You must be computer literate on Microsoft systems

- Local knowledge and connections in the Parts side is desirable 

- Telephone/Sales knowledge is also vital for this position (No Cold Calling)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned family business who pride themselves on customer service and expertise in the Parts Trade. You will be a valued member of the team and bring expert knowledge to the branch. Working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturday Mornings 8am to 1pm you will be speaking with people both over the phone but also out on the road in the local area. An excellent salary basic of up to £27k is available, depending on knowledge and experience brought to the position.
