Care Coordinator

Salary up to £25,000 per annum DOE

YourSales are proud to be working with one of the UK's leading technology-based home care companies in their search for two Care Coordinators (Domincillary & Live In) for their Nottingham branch on a full time permanent basis. 

The role will predominantly be to effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services nationwide, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity. 

The role:

  • Ensure that Care Worker rotas are organised and correctly matched to Clients' needs
  • Resourcing for new care packages and building on existing packages
  • Maintain clear and accurate up-to-date digital records for all clients and care workers 
  • Solving customer queries in a timely manner
  • Ensure all operations are CQC compliant

The person:

  • Organised

  • Eye for detail
  • Team player

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience working as a care coordinator for a Dominciliary Care Agency
  • Knowledge of CQC complaince 
  • Experience in conducting care assessments and care reviews 
  • Live-incare coordinator experience (desirable)
  • NVQ/QCF in Care (desirable)
