aka Recruitment are currently working with a local client of ours to bring you this exciting Accountant position based in Barnsley 

Job Duties Include:

- Preparing accounts and tax returns

- Auditing and analysing financial performance

- Monitoring spending and budgets

- Keeping account books and systems up to date

- Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports

Requirements:

- A minimum of 5 years experience with preparing accounts for small businesses is essential

- AAT Level 4

- Experience with accountancy software and Microsoft office

- Excellent team ethic and professional manner

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established company who are focused on delivering a professional service in all aspects of the Accounts Department. This position will best fit someone with a minimum of 5 years experience in the Accountant role who wants to join a great team and business. Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm you will be a valued member of the team earning a great salary basic of up to £25k, depending on experience. There will also be visits to other offices in the local area therefore you must have a full clean driving licence and your own transport.
