YourCode are looking for someone who specialises in IT Support to join a forward thinking organisation for a month to cover 1st and 2nd line tech support and help the London office as well as other offices (up to 400 users) You will be responsible for the smooth running of the operation and will be the main point of contact to ensure all offices are supported.

You are driven and passionate to help anyone find a solution to their problem & no issue is too big or small! 

REQUIREMENTS

The most important attribute you have is that you are proactive, open-minded and forward thinking!

You love interacting with others and are an excellent communicator. You're a problem solver with the ability to take on any issue and offer hands on support when required. 

Must have experience in some of the following:

  • Microsoft Windows Active Directory and Services
  • Windows and MacOS desktop
  • Desktop automation
  • G Suite, Office 365 packages
  • Linux (Debian/Ububtu) is a plus

Ideally you will have experience in some of the following products/services:

  • Hardware troubleshooting
  • Jira & Trello
  • Powershell
  • Antivirus & anti-malware (ESET)
  • Understanding of wired & wireless networking (firewalls, Meraki switches & AP's)
